All our products are delivered by a transport agency. All products requested before 7:00 pm of a business day, are invoiced during the same day and delivered the following day, except to Canarias. If We do not have at that moment the product required, We will contact the client and let the client know the specific date of delivery.
1. METHODS OF PAYMENT.
1.1. Bank account transfer:
The total amount will be payed in advance through transfer account or deposit into BoxeoArea´s bank account, with the request number, and client full name. This form of payment is the cheapest one, because it does not have additional commissions. At the time the transfer is done We automatically do the product packaging and delivery.

1.2. Against Reimbursement:
The amount of the request will be payed once the product is delivered to the requested address. This way of payment has an extra delivery charge of 5%.
1.3. Credit Card:
The payment is done in a secured way. To pay with a credit card through internet, the client will need a special code. This code should be requested at the Bank.
1.4. Paypal:
The payment is done in a secured way. This form of Payment has a 4% additional commission of the total amount (plus delivery charges).
2. DELIVERY CHARGES.
Delivery Charges into Spain (up to 10 kg.) are 7,74 Eur.
Delivery Charges to the rest of the countries and exceeding weight= automatically calculated by the system.
Packages delivered to Canarias has an extra 5% customs charge.
3. PRODUCT CHANGES.
If the change is due to a client mistake (the client chose a wrong item), the delivery charges will be payed by the client, plus an extra administrative charge of 5 Eur.
If the change is due to a BoxeoArea mistake, the client will receive the new item free of charge.
To accept a change, the products should be in perfect conditions and with all the original contents.
4. DEVOLUTIONS.
If the client is not satisfied, the item can be returned within the first 7 days. BoxeoArea will return the cost of the product, but 5 Euros will be charged due to administrative expenses.
